Okay as promised my Ms. Oogie Boogie character and bio. It is also my entry for 's Superhero creation contest. I know what you are thinking yes oogie is a villian but hey this guy is nice and will take powerless bad guysIn case you can't read it in the picture or for god knows why if you want to copy the bio here it is.

Carol Cromwell has always been a little strange and
she is a world renowned klutz, but one day while
she supervising a production shoot she tripped on
a live wire not only was she electrocuted but she
was buried in a pile of lights and props. She was
then hospitalized with a broken rib, a few
electrical burns, and ABI (Acquired Brain Injury).
The damage to her brain was little but irreversible
she behaved and acted the same but her mental state
is erratic. She gets the urge to steal and fight
and wreak havoc on innocent masses just because.

Oogie has no super powers but that doesn't make her
easy to stop. As the head of a major producing
company she has quite a bit of cash and she is
quite skilled in fighting. when she was younger she
was on the gymnastic team at her middle school but
she never made it big because she was a klutz. After
her accident she became more graceful and can hold
her balance but those around her don't know that
because she constantly has "accidents" on sites.

Her main weapon is a giant Hammer. the hammer is
about 4.5ft tall altogether. the staff detaches
from the head of the hammer revealing a three foot
chain to add range and spinning speed. The hammer
head itself contains two revolving blades. If she
needs she would use a different weapon depends on
the heist.

Oogie has six hentchmen called Sandmen due to the
fact that the boogie man haunts peoples dreams and
the sandman puts people to sleep. one sandman is
her butler Saibian the other five are hand selected
for being the top of their art each with their own
weapon and skills.
